Shipping policy

Orders are processed and acknowledged within 2-4 business days.

If there are any delays you will be notified by email.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Moonbird Studio.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to Moonbird Studio due to it being undeliverable or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Moonbird Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
